More like a dodgy country that needs soldiers to come and check electrical installations.

The checking was done by electrical staff NOT soldiers. Soldiers were there to make sure the Police properly carried out the search warrant (I would think).

Really, who has trust in the Police? whistling.gif

i had a lady friend who was about to open a bar in Pattaya last year, during some refurb, a top cop sent one of his low ranks along to discuss,"protection money" (note, not getting involved personaly). wanted to much brown envelope money, so she walked away from the project. they are the scum of the earth.

Ditto. A friend has a bar on Kao Talo & he and his wife pay 24,000 each month for 'protection'. Last week, another crew hit him for 100,000 on some pretext or other. Needless to say he is looking to close & take his business elsewhere leaving a number of workers/suppliers high & dry. Will the last businessman to leave please turn out the lights.

Kwailand!

I see wires...

This guy must really have upset the status quo

check if notting is been added, thats a good joke, why not go look Walking Street then, the whole side is been added without permission

Customer base must be thinning for such a turf war to take place.

More misguided law enforcement charades.

We still have not been informed as to whether there was any persons being trafficked or any underage girls working at Natree or any sexual enslavement being practiced or forced sex under duress or any foreigners working there illegally, in any capacity

We have not heard anything from the public media entities, who are continually present and privy to nearly all relevant information, about any interviews with any of the girls or statements made by any of the girls who are believed to be working under any of the conditions or circumstances pointed out above thus allowing us to know or confirm if the original charges and the said to be reasons as to why the Massage parlor was raided in the first place are true or not.

Rather we are subjected to more "Tomfoolery" publically enacted by the police while making like they are being ever diligent in their police work and trying to find some reason, any plausible reason to come down on the owners of the establishment....while even the most insignificant small minded reasons will do in an effort to make themselves look good.

Meantime the important reasons and or the original reasons are being swept under the rug and the peoples attentions are being diverted while the police further carry on with this public circus act as the means to save face and look like they are seen to be serious about these unlawful water meter matters being of the highest importance and the means to put a stop to all the original illegal reasons and nefarious aspects as to why they raided the place in the first place.

The owner is going to be charged with...Wait for it.....

The illegal consumption of excess water and pay a small fine while someone in the water works department will be sentenced to prison.

Case closed.....What's for lunch??...Let's go, I have spicy Som Tum on my mind....lol

Cheers

I hope the Public works officials didn't find any dodgy extensions , usually one or two to be found in massage parlours , or so I have been told.

Is this one of those hanky panky places that people talk about sometimes? Never heard of it whistling.gif . This should not be of much concern here since nobody on this board goes to any of these places. cheesy.gif
