I was in Lithuania a few yrs ago at a seaside town. A local restaurant had a large smoking oven/ barbecue outside and the smoked fish was delicious.

I see a few places in bangas sell barbecues that can smoke food. How good are they? If you have one and would like to comment please do so at your own will.

thanks

I have one. I use it quite alot.....I had it made here. Cost a small fortune. Maybe I could get buried in it. It will smoke one to fifty racks at once....my neighbors love me.

Brought a gas wet smoker with me when I moved here....Charcoal can also be used but haven't done that.....

I use it when we have many people visiting & enjoy cooking big amounts/servings up to 25 kilos....Useful to a point but not really handy for constant use.....

We have a school group of 6 teens here today & am using the George Foreman instead - easier....

I love those Foreman Grills. Easy and quick. buy a small kitchen Chefs blow torch and melt the cheese after they come out.
