Analytics Posted June 23, 2016 Share Posted June 23, 2016 We are currently expanding our Enquiry Handler Team and are looking for an German-speaking, motivated, confident, and hard working person to fit into their strong team. You will be responsible for providing prospective clients with detailed information about our services, addressing client queries, handling incoming/outgoing client enquiries and transferring calls to relevant departments and liaising with the Sales/Technical teams when required. The skills required are: German Speaking Prior experience in a call centre or sales environment, or the desire to learn; Excellent IT skills; Excellent communication skills; Experience of/interested in Information Technology; Able to work under pressure; Be organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment; Work independently and be self-motivated; Professional attitude and appearance; and Have the ability to work well with co-workers and have a positive attitude.
