Non O multi entry....extendable for 30 days?

Featured Replies

Good morning all.

I have to leave Thailand every 90 days on my non O multi based on marriage. I am due to fly back to the UK a couple of weeks after the present 90 day period. Can I go to immigration prior and extend my stay to 110 days on this entry before renewing my yearly multi entry non O based on marriage?

Also I have had 2 yearly multi entry visas issued from London to visit my wife. I will be applying for my third non O in October. Is there any limit on the amount of visas that can be given provided I meet the requirements?

Thanks for your time reading :)

You can get a 60 day extension from Immigration. 1,900 Baht

Fantastic...Thank you Eclipse.

Please can you advise me on the documents needed...or just turn up with my passport?

There is no 30 day extensions for non immigrant visas.

But you can get a 60 day extension to visit your wife. She will need to be with you when you apply.

As far as I know there is not limit on the number of multiple entry non-o visas you can get. There have been people getting them for several years back to back.

.....and you should have no issues getting another multiple non-O, I am on my 10th consecutive visa of this type.

You can ,if you wish, keep getting new multi entry visas if you want to.

But you can also extend your visa in Thailand at immigration yearly if you are married to a Thai and can show your marriage license and meet the financial requirements.

You can do all this in Thailand at immigration and not leave the country.

If you meet the requirements this can be repeatedly, year by year.

Of course, it is your choice, but you do not have to leave and get a new multi entry visa each year unless you want to
