Non-Immigrant Visa O

Hi just signed up, i have been in thailand on tourist visas but just looked up Non-Immigrant Visa O and was wondering if anybody knew if i was able to get one. My dad has been living here 10 years and has a business visa and work permit.

You should be able to get a single entry non-o visa that would allow one 90 day entry to visit family here. Some friendly consulates might even issue a multiple entry non-o visa.

If you apply for a non 'O' visa include a copy of your Dads permit to stay (extension of stay based on work) stamp in his passport and his work permit.
