Got here november 5 on 30 day tourist visa on arrival, valid until december 4. My return flight is booked for december 27. Last week married with my Thai GF. She's almost 9 months pregnant and baby can come any time soon!

I don't feel like making a border run because it could be that she's about to deliver when I'm doing my run. I know about extending the tourist visa, but that's only possible with another 10 days right?

Since I got married last week, are there any other possibilities? Can I apply for an O-visa or something?

Any help greatly appreciated

You can get a 90 day extension for taking care of the patient ( your wife) under 7.24 of the

National Police Office Order No. 606/2006

You also can convert the 30 day TVE to a 90 day "O" visa by having 400K in the bank or 40K salary per month. Be aware the 400K in the bank will not help in the extension of stay of the "O' visa later, as you were not "grandfather" with the old rules prior to Oct 1st 2006
