About the End of the Immigration Act of Thailand

Featured Replies

Dear readers,

did you know that the Thai Immigration act is de facto and de iure ILLEGAL ?

This is why :

In the Thai Immigration Act it is written that in case of VISA troubles (overstay) courts, judges and police will show leniency

if you have a boyfriend, girlfriend or family who are Thai ... this is illegal ...

In the UN Declaration of Human Rights, cosigned by the Kingdom of Thailand in 1948 ... it is stated that :

"Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.
Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.
The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State."

This means actually that a person who wants to be single and not a part of a family of Thai origin have, according to this declaration, the right to remain

on Thai soil ... but the Immigration Act states that, in case of VISA troubles, you can get leniency from the Kingdom of Thailand ... if you are part of a relationship with a Thai person or family ...

The United Nations Declaration for Human Rights supercedes any national laws by any country ... which means that there are three options for

the Kingdom of Thailand :

- retire from the United Nations and keep the Immigration Act, which takes human rights away from foreigners

- amend the Immigration Act

- send all the foreigners home ....

In reality it means this :

Foreigners are very badly treated in Thailand, and have no equal protection under the law of Thailand (did you know that Thai people, when reporting theft or misdemeanours, do not pay bribes, it is not even asked) ... because Thai people KNOW that when a foreigner does not pay, they can force the foreigner into a relationship or have the foreigner removed from Thailand, by USING (not ABUSING) the Immigration Act of Thailand ...

This actually also means that the bribing stops, that the "making money" from foreigners stops ... that the police have to act upon complaints by foreigners ...

It also means that foreigners can report being stolen from and that no court in Thailand can rule against the foreigner ...

It also means that the foreigner is the boss in Thailand and not the Thai ...

Thailand should have learned, not to bite the hand that feeds it ...

As a personal observation this short story :

Onnie is a woman from Holland. 17 years ago she moved to Isaan, to a family and she took care of the family for 17 years (financially).

She stoppped taking care, was arrested for overstay (because where she lived, the community refused to "help" her, even for money) and

send back to Holland, blacklisted for 17 years ... she is 67.

She has no family in Holland and the Dutch government has no trace of much paperwork after 17 years ... so she ends up as a homeless

person on the streets of Eindhoven, she gets sick and ... she can get no reasonable help in Holland.

V is a woman who got raped, attacked and almost murdered by a Thai man, who demanded sex from her, in return for a shower.

She did not even know his name ...

She got away, met a family, they helped her and expected her to stay with them. She did not even know this.

So as long as she does not drop the case, she will spend the remainder of her life in the Immigration Detention Center in Bangkok, because

when she did not want to hook up with the family, she went into overstay, because again, Thai people refused to help her in any way.

Even with directions ...

Many women have spoken to me and reported that they have been in Thailand for many years (mostly in Isan) and

can not have sex or relationships with men or women.

Many men have given me their personal stories which I have omitted here ...

If the Thai people had not treated all farang women this badly, this post would never have been placed ...

This is not a gender discussion, this a legal discussion about the pure ILLEGALITY of the Immigration Act of Thailand.

You can easily go to a court anywhere in the world ( Europe and America) and demand damages from the Kingdom of Thailand

for violating your human rights by the wording and contents of the Immigration Act of Thailand ... just go and ask for 250,000€

or 250,000USD ...

That should cover it ...

Enjoy !

In the Thai Immigration Act it is written that in case of VISA troubles (overstay) courts, judges and police will show leniency

if you have a boyfriend, girlfriend or family who are Thai ... this is illegal ...

Can you quote the specific section of the Immigration Act where this is written?

I was going to ask the same.

In the meantime, I am closing this top. OP, please PM me the number of the section of the Immigration Act you are taking about and if it supports your claim, reopening of the topic can be considered.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place
