Here is the situation:

I am traveling with a group of young adults to Thailand and Cambodia from the U.S. One of my travelers is a Mexican citizen and was issued a Transit Visa ("TS") with 2 entries from our local Thai Consulate. Our trip consists of 2 days in Bangkok, 2 days in Siem Reap, and then 10 more days in Thailand.

I have never known anyone to be issued a transit visa for this type of situation (or any) and information on the subject is very scarce. My concern involves the last 10 days in Thailand. During that 10 days we plan to go all around Thailand. Spending 3 days in CNX, 3 days in MHS, 3 Days in Krabi, and 1 day in BKK.

Will an immigration officer upon reentering Thailand take issue with the 10 days left? Will they even give him 10 days on a transit visa? What am I going to do if this kid is issued a day or two to get the hell out of the country?

Any help or info would be a great. Thanks in advance.

I assume the transit visa was what he applied for. It is reality it is the best visa for him since his planned stays are short. If he had gotten a tourist visa it would of only been for one 60 day entry.
