I'd like a 88+ sq mtr place for 25 (nice place fairly new bldg). I've been looking but everything is 40K up! anyone with bldg names or ideas? Walked up and down Soi 6 and 11 and see nice places I would like but prices way uip near 50K for 100+ sq mtr 2brs. Is this now the going rate in the area? Maybe I'm best off biting the bullet paying my 50K for 175 sq.
