PHUKET: -- A Phuket man was arrested on Wednesday (July 6) when he was found to be in possession of six bags of crystal meth (ya ice) weighing a total of 1 kilogram.

Hill tribe woman, 23, shot dead in Phuket Town

PHUKET: A 23-year-old woman from a northern hill tribe was shot dead in the early hours of this morning (July 8) whilst she was sat drinking with her husband and friends at a mini-mart in Phuket Town.

PM confirms he won’t use Section 44 to deal with Phra Dhammachayo

In Warsaw NATO hopes to show unity after Brexit

Crans Montana Forum debate climate change

The Paris Summit on climate change, COP 21, was a breakthrough of sorts in the battle against global warming – it set targets for shifting the world to green energies by 2100. Whilst some of these were criticised for being vague and the result too much of a compromise, nevertheless the summit was hailed as progress.
