I will check in and pass through Immigration at the Airport on my 90th Day just before midnight, my flight leaves after midnight which is the 91st day. Is better to do a 90 Day Report just to be 'on the safe side' ?

  • You do not need to report if leaving before midnight on day 90.

Reports are only required if staying longer than 90 days.

    I am pretty sure their is a 7 day grace period with this 90 day reporting. So I wouldn't worry about this. They know where you are.
