A German national will be deported this evening after police were notified of an arrest warrant for him in Germany. Police detained him on Monday at Golden Home Guesthouse in Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh after he was found to be living without a passport. Major General Uk Heisela, director of the Investigation and Procedure Department of the General Department of Immigration, said 56-year-old Udo Sabiniewicz, the former CEO of FX Animation Dubbing, is wanted on pedophilia charges in Germany and will be escorted by five German police officials at 8 pm tonight.

Mr. Sabiniewicz spent a year in prison after he was arrested in June 2015 on charges of committing indecent acts on a minor. He was accused of abusing six boys, but only the families of two of them, a 7-year-old and a 9-year-old, decided to file a complaint. Anti-pedophile group Action Pour Les Enfants, which handled part of the investigation that led to his arrest, said he had abused the boys at his film studio in Chabar Ampov district. In addition to the jail sentence, he was ordered to pay $2,000 to each child.

He was released from prison on June 18 and had been staying at the guesthouse since then, but was arrested for living in the country without legal documents because his passport had been revoked while he was in prison. "He [sabiniwicz] has an arrest warrant in Germany in relation to pedophilia, so he will face legal action in his country when he is back," Maj. Gen.Heisela told Khmer Times.

aple again! i have said this before and i will say it again. this story may or may not be true but you cannot believe anything that involves aple.

He has been charged with pedophilia in Germany...and is being deported at the request of the German govt to face charges for alleged acts of pedophilia in Germany.

His prior arrest in Cambodia (which is where APLE came in) has nothing to do with it...though the fact that he has also been accused of similiar crime in his home country would tend to add credibility to the charges he was already convicted of in Cambodia in the past as well.
