Is Savannakhet Thai Consulate closed from 18 to 20 this month?

I would expect it would be as all government and banks are closed for at least the 19th and 20th. Even if they were open on the 18th you would not be able to pick up until the 21st.

Can't find something for S. (outdated).

Vientiane is closed 19 and 20 if you believer their calendar.

I use the Vientiane calendar since Savannakhet does not maintain their's.

It says they are closed the 19th and 20th which means Savannakhet will certainly be closed and would guess the 18th also. Being closed on the 18th or not does really matter since most people would not want to apply today and wait until Thursday to pickup their passport.

It is closed on 19 and 20.
