This is a favourite photo of mine of my Dad with my pet rat Desiree from 35 years ago. As you can see it was the last shot on a roll of film.

I asked a friend to try and repair the affected areas with Photoshop and this is the result.

I think what he did is fantastic, (sorry I don't have the details of what exactly he did).

What do you guys think?

I hope that my posting the Photoshopped example of a 35 year old flawed photo has given some courage and inspiration to others to touch up their old family photos.

 

For those who are interested, my Photoshop expert took about 3 hours to get the final result.

 

And all it cost me was one bottle of beer ha ha!
