Should be easy enough to confirm or deny the Malaysian had problem paying for the hotel room. Certainly should be simple enough to show the 'chat' on the phones. Unlikely the Ladyboys would show up at the police station to set the record straight knowing the police were likely to arrest them on general principle. I'd also expect to see the site of where the Malaysian got tasered; should be a nice red mark there at least that would of made a great picture pointing photo opportunity.
