Hello to everyone,

in these days i am selling my shares in the company and so i quit from my business. I have a work permit and visa

(non- b ) with expiry date on 24th of August.

What do i have to do with wp and visa? Where can i cancel them? and When? Can i wait untill around 22nd or 23rd august and go out of Thailand?

If possible i need info very accurate please

You will cancel your work permit at the Labor Ministry work permit office. You will submit this form. http://wp.doe.go.th/wp/images/form/form_Return.pdf You could cancel you work permit at any time prior to your departure from the country.

Do you have a valid multiple entry non-b visa from an embassy or consulate or an extension of stay you obtained at immigration. If a visa it will remain valid until it expires.

If you have an extension of stay you can cancel it by submitting a letter to immigration requesting the cancellation on a specific date since you have sold your company. You could go a few days before the date on the letter and they will post date the cancellation to the date on the letter which would allow you to leave the country.

You could also leave the country by air or at most border crossings that would cancel the extension if you don't plan on returning and applying for another extension later.
