Re-issuance of WP3 form

Featured Replies

Hi, I want to know that is it possible to re-apply for the letter of approval to the ministry of labor, Thailand? Can the department of labor re-issue a letter in my name once again? Do they usually do it if the company can show some 'valid' reason? My previous application got rejected from Royal Thai Consulate and I need to know if my company can re-apply to ministry or not. The previous letter of approval has already expired. It's my first job in Thailand and I just want to know about it before company's official response. If anyone knows about it, please help!

They could request another application approval letter. But they may have to pay the fee again if the application has expired.

Thanks a lot, Joe. I think it's possible. Is it possible to get a signed WP3 form copy from the ministry too as per request? After submitting the WP3, the output is the letter of approval. But Royal Thai Embassy here asks for the form too. The WP3 receipt copy alone is not enough. Let me know please.
