There is one way that is much easier to use to weasel your way out than in the USA and it's called money. Even rich people in the USA can't easily buy their way out of serious charges. 

 

Anyway here is an anonymous tip for the cops look at places like Pattaya.

Why are you referencing the USA? An aberration and anomaly who people do not take seriously in the rest of the world. Who cares about the septic tank  legal system ?

Trust me, in Nan, one of my favorite cities up in Lanna Land, it doesn't take much.  Only in Nan could the few somewhat seedy cantina/karaoke joints up by the airport arouse public ire.

The USA has the worst record in the world for sex slavery and child abuse . Perhaps Nigerian and Thai missionaries should open up out reach sanctuaries in America.
