Sketches of three Hua Hin bomb suspects released

 

HUA HIN: -- The Criminal Records Division of the Royal Thai Police today released the sketches of three suspects in the bomb and arson attacks in Hua Hin which killed two persons and injured 30 others on August 11-12.

Stolen hospital ambulance used in car bomb attack at hotel in Pattani

PATTANI: -- The Internal Security Operations  Forward Command in the South said before noon today that a stolen hospital ambulance was used by southern militants in the car bomb attack at the Southern View Pattani Hotel last night.

Thailand and Japan declare readiness to cooperate on humanitarian aid in natural disasters

Eastern European theft gang behind the hacking of GSB’s ATMs

BANGKOK: -- Five eastern European hackers were believed to have hacked into the Government Savings Bank’s ATM system with the use of Malware virus and escaped with about 12 million baht in cash, Pol Gen Panya Mamen, a senior advisor of the Royal Thai Police, disclosed on Wednesday.

The citywide war on street vendors continues, and Khao San Road has been targeted next. The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) has said that street vendors on the tourist street will only be allowed to sell Thursday through Sunday from 6pm until midnight.
