The mother of the 14 year old girl decides what will happen. The boy and his parents are only spectators. If the mother follows through with this in court, then court will help her to monetary compensation regardless of if the 14 year old girl wanted sex herself or not. And regardless of if this is criminal law. Court will probably push this to Juvenile with the help of paragraph 61 to avoid the mandatory 4 year jail sentence if the boys parents pay up

I am as yet undecided as to whether this is a(nother) troll thread or an attempt by the mother/family to exploit a walking wallet.

It is beyond me how this could be viewed as trolling.
I was simply trying to find out what to expect.
