 When I leave  my school and my visa is cancelled I want to do some travelling. I'm aware that the school will cancel the visa and void my work permit. However what I wanted to know is how much an extension would cost at immigration? I have heard one week extension is available for 1900B. Is that correct? If I wanted to extend longer, are there different options available? Thanks

The school will can cancel your work permit with your permission.

You will have to go to immigration to cancel you extension with a letter from the school stating the date you will no longer be working. It is possible to go to immigration a few day before the date on the letter and they will post date the cancellation to that date that will give you time to leave leave the country.

The 7 days to leave the country after paying 1900 baht is all you can get.
