Hi 

 

I'm currently holding Non-B and temporary  WP, they are going to expire soon and our lawyer just informed us our BOI got approved so we need to visit Chamchuri to apply 

extension of stay (under Non-B) + Re-entry permit + new WP. 

 

My question is should I have go to apply them? or is it possible that my colleague is doing it for me while he is applying his? 

All the docs were prepared and signed by me, but if I remember it right last time, there's one paper that I need to receive from there and sign it there. "Acknowledge of the conditions for permitted continuation of stay in the Kingdom of Thailand" this form? I think. Or is this also possible to get it from internet and pre-sign it?

 

Please share your experiences if someone applied these on be half of you.

They would allow and agent or a representative of the company to do the application but not your  colleague.
