xineohp
It would appear that Thailand is somewhat selective in who it deports and when. Irrespective of any extradition treaty that may be in existence, Thailand has a right to deport immediately anyone found to be undesirable for whatever reason. Why is Thailand waiting until "late September" before placing this person on a flight back from whence he came?

Baerboxer
See extradition works when the procedures are followed. Any requests Thailand?
