jobin
I need to give a squirt of starting fluid aka, pressurized ether in a spray can. It's common as dirt in cold north america but don't know about T'land. If you have seen it in CM, or used this product recently, plz share. worgeordie
Not a good idea to use the ether spray to start your car, as it does not do your engine any good,we used to use it in U.K. to start diesel trucks in middle of winter,I think you would be better getting a tune up for your car,(maybe new battery),as there should be really no need to use it here. regards worgeordie Edited September 7, 2016 by worgeordie
ClutchClark
Do NOT use any type of starting fluid in a diesel engine EVER. Ether should not be required in any petrol engine in the tropics--it is indicative of a mechanical issue that should be repaired.
DaddyWarbucks
Good practical advice given so far. I've only had to use starting fluid in the cold-hell of a New York winter. Thank Buddha those days are behind me.
jobin
Did not ask for opinions, only directions to the shop. But thanks, all.

Teak
Can't help where to locate starting fluid, but, if a gas engine put gasoline in a squirt bottle and a quick squirt down the carb, usually does the trick.
