As the title suggests, I'm thinking of opening a Sauna(and spa if possible)

What I want is suggestions and experiences you may have had which made your spa/sauna a good/bad/exceptional experience

My prospective location is somewhere with lots of falang and plenty of business, not too much competition around but some competition nonetheless

She works for a company that sets up and supplies spa's.

kurgen, I take it that Lc is a member on this forum? Is that her username? If she is a sauna owner then that's not really the angle or perspective I'm after - I want customers experiences of the things that made your sauna/spa experience better than the others
