September 14, 20169 yr Recently I ordered a U8 smart watch from Lazada app, the delivery was on time, but after opening the product I came to know the product is fake (some chinese make) and it is the replica of U8 smart watch. The same time I report the issue on Lazada service email id, I got shocked by watching their reply( please return the product and we will refund you)...OH MY GOD.... They dont even care that the fake products are in circulation on their website.....Hahahahaha.....What a great shopping site... I asked them to keep the money and provide me the genuine product for which I paid, i.e U8 smart watch, then I got a revert that the issue has forwaded to the concern department and as soon as they got any feedback they will inform me.... Guess what? They said this thing on 9 September 2016 and today is 14/9/2016 but still not even a single mail/call from there side.... In these days I send them mails asking for the feedback but still not got any reply, even after calling them the representative saying the same thing that the issue is forwarded to the Blah Blah Blah...... God knows when they will reply...Does anyone know any contact detail of higher authority? By the way if Lazada person is watching this my order no. is 332631379.
September 14, 20169 yr You should have accomplished the RMA/Refund offer. Whether Lazada determines or cares the items is a copy is a different subject which you'll have no control over. Many, many fake products on websites today...even Ebay is full of fakes...or should I say "OEM equivalent" items. Of course what "equivalent" means to one person is completely different to another person....nice way of saying it's a copy of the OEM model. How good of a copy is a different discussion....could be just as good....could be a terrible copy. China rules in making such products.
