September 18, 20169 yr I shall be applying for my 0-a long stay soon. I am currently working in England but expect to have left be the time I put in my application, tho there is a chance I will still be working. My question is with regards to the question of profession and employer. If I am going to be moving to Thailand for a year is there any point to putting down the job I currently do or would it be better to stick N/A in the box ? Anyone had the same problem and if so what did you do ? Cheers.
September 18, 20169 yr Put down your current work information. If you were already retired when filling it out, put retired. It's understood you can't legally work in Thailand on that visa. It's NOT a trick question. The one thing I wouldn't put is N/A. Edited September 18, 20169 yr by Jingthing
September 18, 20169 yr Put your usual occupation or retired. It's a generic application form and the answer doesn't have any impact on the issue of a Non O-A.
