Hi,
The french gouvernement ask me to produce a certificate that I and my thai wife have no income in thailande.
Does somebodies know where can I  ask to get such document in Thailande ?
I leave in Pattaya , would it be in Chonburi or the any Ministery in Bangkok.

Only your embassy can produce such letter.

You may be able to get a certificate from the local revenue department office.

Perhaps one of the certificates  listed here would be accepted. http://www.rd.go.th/publish/21975.0.html
