Excuse my ignorance and my memory (must be my age) but as the Savannakhet visa application is two sheets, do you print part 2 on the reverse of the application (as one sheet) or do you submit two separate sheets?

You should print it two sided since that is the way they hand it out at the consulate.

They never had issue or even looked at back of my printed forms in few times I used them over last couple years .
