Man Arrested Over Nude Photo Scam

Authorities in Kandal province on Sunday arrested a man who was waiting to receive money from his lover at a park in Takhmao City’s Takhmao 2 village, whom he tried to extort in exchange for not posting her nude pictures on Facebook. A video posted on the provincial police chief’s Facebook account shows a group of four police officers sneaking up behind the man as he sits on his motorbike in the park talking to the girl before he is grabbed and handcuffed.
 

The provincial police report stated that the couple met through Facebook as normal friends before becoming a couple last year. “Their love experienced both bad and good times…until one time the suspect went to visit his sick mother at a hospital in Vietnam and he requested the girl send him eight nude pictures through SMS and [Facebook] Messenger,” the report said.
 

“Because of love, the girl sent the pictures as requested.” The suspect was identified as 22-year-old Kan Sokunthearith and the victim was 17-years-old, both of whom live in Takhmao City.

Well I for one am very pleased that (a) she was smart enough to go to the cops and (b) delighted the cops did a good job and captured the little shit and lets hope the judiciary buries the little turd.
