Hello,

Your accountant or HR dept. should be able to help you with that.

he ask 5k for an example.... is there no online example somewhere ?

5k what?

If you pay your employees a salary each month this can easily be setup via direct deposit to your employee's bank account.

If you want to do it stone age style. Write your employees a check from your company account.

If your lawyer or whoever is trying to charge you 5k a month to give a "salary slip" I suggest you tell him/her to get bent.
