I have never heard of girls making between B24,000 and B48,000 per month just cutting hair in Phuket.

There are a lot of Thai Girls making money Parting Hair...

Some actually rent a salon chair and she pays the owner a % of what she earns as she relies on many customers asking for her.. So the Baht can vary wildly. Not necessarily a salaried position, OP.
