jimlek
I am in Thailand on a British passport, as I'm a New Zealand citizen and born there I also have a New Zealand passport, and that is the country my income is derived from, I called the New Zealand embassy re getting a statutory declaration proving my income is sufficient, they informed me that Thai immigration, would not except a letter from the New Zealand embassy due to me being admitted to Thailand on my British passport. I'm finding this difficult to understand as I would be producing the required letter from my embassy. Any factual replies much appreciated. ubonjoe
The New Zealand embassy is correct. The UK embassy will issue you a income letter. They will do it for income from any country. Info for getting one by mail is here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/how-to-obtain-a-pensionincome-letter-for-thai-immigration
