I have great memories of my gran taking a fancy to some "fruit juice" called Sangria then dancing in front of everyone. 

Must admit I've done it after a few too many myself

The writer who wrote the song, Pete Seger hated this version. He wrote the song for his wife who performed it in English folk style. However, after the song became a hit in Evita it made him lots of money which he used in his fight against injustice around the world.

reminds me so much of growing up under british occupation - there was nothing wrong with that, the most prosperous time for my parents post war period.

but i still hate it, big time. it just makes my skin crawl...
