Okay, here goes.

I had a one year non-O visa that expired on the 15th of August. (Married to a Thai wife).

I visited England middle of July and returned to Thailand on the 8th of August. For reasons too long to explain, I did a 60 day extension on the 15th of August. (Expires 15th of October).

I had on my previous one year visa a 90 day report card that was dated September the 29th(my wife insists when I completed my extension on the 15th of August the immigration officer said not to forget my 90 day report).

I have asked on here previously and been advised to do my 90 day report start of November (90 days from my re-entry back into the kingdom).

Also, we moved Condos end of August and asked said immigration officer, she said do it on your next 90 days.

So my questions are...

When is my 90 day report due (as wife insists the immigration office said don't forget).

And what do I need to change my address as I am concerned after reading I have 24 hours to report change, but Immagartion said just do it on your next 90 day report?

• You only need to make a 90 day report if you stay, legally, in the country for longer than 90 days.
• The 90 day report count re-sets every time you leave/re-enter. When you left the country the need to report on September 29th ended. The day you re-entered was day 1 of the next 90 day count.
• If you last entered on August 8th your next 90 day report will be due, if you stay continuously in the country, on November 5th.
• Unless you make a new 1 year extension of stay before October 15th you will have to leave the country and wont need to make another report.
• If you do make a new 1 year extension you will need to report on November 5th UNLESS the IO gives you a new report date when they process your extension.
