due to things like extreme dieting, intense exercise... and yes, steroid intake ( which is not to say that fon takes steroids) plus male hormone abuse, and females having less collagen in their skin (equals less elasticity)... the female face changes shape (leathery and growth of nose and ears ) and looks more manly... or so I read somewhere.
