What kind of moron are you? I think I can tell by your poor English and the fact that you are asking the nitwits on Thai Visa for advice.

Did it ever occur to you to see a reputable lawyer here in Thailand.....???????

Withdraw the huge amount of cash.

Place in a suitably huge receptacle.

Transport the huge receptacle with the huge amount of cash inside.

Preferably using a huge vehicle, obtained from the local huge vehicle rental company.

Didn't this cross your mind?

no cos it was a huge problem:cheesy::cheesy::cheesy:

Yes, trust your Thai partner completely.  Do not bother with lawyers or accountant's advice.  Only deal with people and banks he recommends.

If your money doesn't show up in Malaysia, and you come back to Thailand to see your partner. Do not stay in high floor of condo or hotel.

If the money will be transfered to Malaysia why don't you just cash it out , bring a suitcase and rent a car , Malaysia is only a few hours away . And then cross your fingers that border immigration will not open the suitcase.

Well bring documents that shows them you paid your taxes so they understand the money comes from a legal business and you should be fine. If its not a legal business hope for the best .

I was just jokingly trying to make the point that huge differs according to your wealth. If you ask Bill Gates huge may differ from what you and me consider huge and that may differ from what a garbage collector consider huge.

How much is large:

5-10 million

10 - 50 million

50 - 100 million.

Over 100 million.

Your answer is important because it effects the advice given and your choices.

He didn't say large, he said huge, Ok?

Huge, not large amount. It's HUGE

This guy is a goose.

If running a business here & needs clarification on International Transfer Rules  strongly suggest he takes

his "huge" amount to a lawyer now.
