Female Roomate Wanted

I'm renting a 2 BR condo on the Mahidol Salaya campus for my niece starting January and looking for a female roomate to share the rent. Furnished private bedroom & bath, shared use of living room (inc cable TV) and kitchenette (stove, refrigerator, utensils etc), air conditioning. Parking. 5,000 Baht/month plus share of utilities.

Non-smoker and light or non-drinker only.

My niece is 21, Cambodian but speaks fluent English and is comfortable with other nationalities.
