End NY fundraising, Trump foundation told

 

NEW YORK: -- Donald Trump's charitable foundation has been ordered by New York's attorney general to stop fundraising.

 

Prosecutors issued a "notice of violation" after determining the foundation had no proper registration.

 

The notice directs the Trump foundation to "immediately cease soliciting contributions or engaging in other fundraising activities in New York".

Clever enough to get away with this since 1988, eh? It already served its purpose for many years as a shill charity. If it closes down, the damage is done and the Trump man will smile knowing it no longer matters.

 

Don't worry, the Trump surrogates will deflect this issue with the "What about the Clinton Foundation?" argument. When you have no excuse: deflect, deflect, deflect.

What about Hillary 's fundraising?

 

In the great scheme of things this is small beer but when you put yourself up as being a candidate you have to expect to be in the spotlight over every little thing.

Haha, yeah, I'll go ahead and make their weak and conspiratorial case for them. Jim Sheehan, who is bringing the case as head of the AG's charities bureau, who has 30 years experience and works closely with the criminal prosecutions bureau was appointed 2 years ago by DEMOCRAT & Clinton supporter NY AG Eric Schneiderman. Schneiderman is obviously in conspiracy with Clinton to prosecute Trump, or something like that blah, blah.  

This is the 'charity' that spent it's money purchasing two huge portraits of Trump and then gave the portraits to Trump to hang in his Florida San Simeon castle. I think it's both wonderful and awfully appropriate - a charity giving to something so very needy...Trump's bottomless but fragile ego.
