Mangostin
Probably just a misunderstanding at the airport. Immo: "Savatdee Mistel, you no look quality toulist, something wong with you?" Mr Wong : " Yes i am Wong" Immo: "Ok you come with me" End of story.
elgordo38
Yes another double edge sword. Thailand proves to China that they are their lap dog and it also proves to anyone in Thailand that wants to become an activist to forget it. It shows everyone on which side of the bread their butter is on. The days of free speech are fast diminishing. Activists today are the odd man out interfering with the decimation of the masses in. I see so many similarities to Hitler today in how the masses are manipulated its scary.

varun
He maybe a democracy activist, but not too bright and possibly a bit naive. He's just a 19-year old kid, after all. Knowing Thailand's history with China, he should have rejected the request, out of fear for his safety. Edited October 5, 2016 by varun

klauskunkel
Oh Thailand. Has it ever occurred to you to ask your Chinese friends why they wouldn't detain Mr. Wong in Hong Kong themselves, if that was so important to them? Instead they make you do the work for them and now you have Egg Foo Young all over your global face..., some fine friends you have.
