waldroj Posted October 6, 2016 Posted October 6, 2016 While "... Police found nine foreign migrant workers...", there is no mention of the people running the show. Hardly worth being armed with a search warrant issued by the court !!!
taichiplanet Posted October 6, 2016 Posted October 6, 2016 at least they used coffee and not something else.
Brer Fox Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 No one should be complaining. It's what the PM calls "innovation".
Pimay1 Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 If it was fake coffee then what was inside the packages? What ingredients?

DLang Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 (edited) So that's fake Nescafe. Fake L'Oriel shampoo. Fake Heineken. All in original packaging in the last few months. What's next, fake women or visa stamps? Better check yer new Benz to see if it isn't a Kia engine wrapped in cardboard. Edited October 7, 2016 by DLang
Rancid Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Instant coffee is a nasty chemical concoction, would assume though this wasn't about fake coffee, rather about fake branding. Amazing though the variety of things that can be faked in pursuit of a dodgy profit.

You can find and abundance of fake women, especially in Pattaya. Fake visa stamps has been a problem in the past. So far I have seen 2 Mustang Mach1 and a -59 Chevy with Toyota engines

Most of the old Yank Tanks in Havana have Japanese engines now.

Bluespunk Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 "Police found nine foreign migrant workers working in the godown, over 89,000 packs of fake instant coffee, over 280,000 empty packs, 19 sacks of mixed instant coffee awaiting to be packed, four mixing machines and four packaging machines." So what was fake? The branding?
ableguy Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 On a recent trip to India I saw a fake fakir, my friend told me the fakir was fake , jeez you just never fracking know as they say in the oil industry.
Prbkk Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 When it comes to coffee, the ultimate fakery is the so-called creamer that remains so popular: full of casein, unhealthy Palm oil byproducts, sugars: poison, totally unrelated to cream. Dreadful crap.
Gainsbourg Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 A nation who calls 3 in one coffee deserves this fake crap. This being said. Not surprised. Fake everyting around here. Guy on my local market sells "100% natural coconut water" laced with a kilo of refined sugar. Lol. Waaaaaaaaaaàn.
Stargeezr Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 I used to drink that coffee. Well I will not be doing that any more. Geezer
Wilsonandson Posted October 9, 2016 Posted October 9, 2016 Some more photos from Youlike of the fake coffee factory.
