Yes there is. My 86 year old boss cut his thumb off at the first knuckle in a power saw, he picked it up and drove himself to the hospital, they said they couldn't put it back on, so he cussed at them a bit and grabbed his thumb and brought it to his HVAC shop where I worked and told us to duct tape it on. So we did, this was over an hour after he cut it off, a month later he came to the shop showing off his thumb fully intact. Looked good but of course he couldn't bend it. A year later he cut his arm off in the same saw, the hospital put that back on. Thats forty years ago.

Look more closely (or maybe not). There's a finger there, but the palm is largely ground up. Nothing to attach a finger to...

He looks like a nice cop to me , nothing wrong with that.

Cutting machines need to have guards over the blade and automatic cut-off devices so you cannot just "slip" and cut off your hand. (I don't believe the "slipping" tale by the way). Operatives need to be trained in safety. Inexperienced operatives should be monitored.

I would wager none of the above safeguards was observed.

Could be a Good Use for all those MONITOR Lizards roaming around BKK.

An this so called Police guy thinks it's a laugh.

I wish it was his hand in the machine, then he can point it at himself. Tosser.
