November 29, 200619 yr Just been on the phone to a visa run company - a reputable one - and I was told that to gain the next 90 day stamp on my visa (expires 5th december) I would need to go to Laos instead of Cambodia. I had the same class of visa 4 years back and used Cambodia to exit and re-enter Thailand 3 times. Is this a new rule or is it possible the person on the phone possibly misunderstood?
November 29, 200619 yr wrong info , you can activate your next entry anywhere , as long as you cross the border. May be staff of the company you contacted missunderstood. You can pm me if you need further info. Thanks
November 29, 200619 yr Correct. You can cross over and back at any border, as long as it's staffed by Immigration Police of Thailand when you leave and come back. Any country including Australia, Singapore, etc.
