Gumballl Posted October 16, 2016 Share Posted October 16, 2016 (edited) I've seen similar critters here in the US, in particular in Maryland. We call them 'house' centipedes. See here for more info: http://ento.psu.edu/extension/factsheets/house-centipedes AFAIK, they are harmless. They run fast, can climb walls, and generate a huge scare, especially if they are very big and the room is dark.
