PATTAYA: -- At 2.30am, on the morning of October 12, Pattaya police received reports of a shoplifting incident at Jokeperdmoh (Congee) On Third Road, Pattaya.

There, passers-by had apprehended thirty-year old Mr Pongpat Prathumthip who was wearing the clothes he had just stolen from the shop on Soi Dhalermprakiet.

Shop owner, thirty-nine year old Miss Patcharee Mahaprom, said she had seen him coming out of the bathroom in a tight t-shirt and skinny pants that he was not wearing when he went in.

She believed he had changed into stolen clothes and, as he left the shop, she called for help.

The suspect admitted that he loved the ladies clothes in that shop but could not afford them so stole them instead.

Miss Mahaprom in certain that he is the same man who has stolen from her before.

The suspect has been charged with theft.

So this theft happened tomorrow at 2.30 AM.

Only in Pattaya can predictions actually occur.

And if this thief see this report, knowing he'll get caught, maybe theft will not happen.

And this report will vanish.

Well done.

its so refreshing,   when the correct terminology is used.

Good job

He was not buying. He was stealing. I am sure there was never any intention to hand over cash.
