most reliable and secure Bank in Thailand and Singapore

I am looking for the most reliable and secure Bank in Thailand and Singapor

for holding Cash

 

The Head Quater should be in Singapore, but the Thailand Branch should be full functional as well on its own

UOB is the only Singaporean owned bank in Thailand. TMB is 7% owned by DBS.

 

However, outside of no fees for use of UOB ATM's in other countries, they are really run as completely separate banks, so there really isn't any benefit to having accounts in both countries.
