Can load ITV player without Zenmate. Switch on UK address and "backend not available" when refreshed

Anyone else same problem ??

Try Browsec instead. Don't know if it works, just a suggestion.

I've emailed Zenmate. No point paying for premium when the only reason I have it is ITV Player.

Soon as you switch UK address on, nothing.

I use Zenmate on Opera browser, ITV working OK.

I have no problem using the free version of Browsec

Zenmate not answered my email. Got auto response. When I have minor queries in the past they respond within an hour.

Suspect they know the issue is out there.

 

Have got Hola running at the moment "free" version does the job but unsure when data limit may kick in

Remember Hola got caught using people's PC's as proxies.

Better to use Browsec.

I found their support to be utterly useless. They completely ignored requests for assistance and also requests for a refund within the so-called 14 day guarantee period.

 

Quite simply one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

I suspect they are up shit creek over this. Its not my laptop or connection or anything. Mates just arrived who has Zen installed and has exactly the same screen message. ITV are clearly pished off over people overriding their IP address because they sell an "essentials" package for people in Europe.

Part of the problem may be that their support staff appears to consist of one bloke called Ekin who seems to be Turkish. Either way, they are useless.

Too be honest they have always been ok with me when I have had minor queries in the past. Suspect they simply have no answer to the question which I'm guessing is being asked by a lot of people

Monies refunded by Zenmate so fair play to them

I had to get my bank onto it. Zenmate are appalling.
