BANGKOK — A blogger known for promulgating anti-Western conspiracy theories urged people Tuesday to protest at the BBC’s bureau in Bangkok and personally harass its correspondent for allegedly defaming His Majesty the Late King.

Minimum export price for cassava during harvest
