Don't  you love how brain dead people of all ages seem to have a gun on them all the time

Too bad the police don't start random search's

They would have a fine collection of weapons to sell on E bay

Police are too busy cavity searching farang tourists and demanding urine samples in the streets.

He was having an argument with a teenager and manages to shoot him in the back. More likely to think that a bolshy teenager confronts him, he draws his gun and bolshiness turns to terror. Either way typical OTT reaction.

Don't the police know they can earn more money from drivers with guns than drivers without passports ?

Any possibility knowing how they caught this guy ? Or is that beyond the realms of good reporting.

Again, 1/2 a story.

The linked Chiang Mai CityLife-article gives a bit more.

But then 'good reporting' it ain't either, let me quote ' ... throwing his 38mm pistol into the xx river ...'

Where i come from an item with this specification would be called a grenade-launcher or 'rifle-grenade' if you will - and following a 'hit in the back' the victim certainly couldn't be 'expected to survive' but would rather still be scraped of surrounding buildings walls ...
