Report Neighbour's Dog Attack Leaves Boy Hospitalised
Not all dogs only mistreated one's and certain breeds, the government should pay for victims, round up all the wild dogs that roam the sois and lock up the people that feed them, they should be sterilizing soi dogs like they were supposed to do years ago -

Bank account frozen
But are any of the alternatives really any better? Thai banks are a pretty rum lot IMHO, and switching accounts between them appears in effect to be tantamount to jumping from the frying pan into the fire. They all seem hell-bent on ramming their lousy apps down our throats, whether we want anything to do with them or not, together with facial scanning/recognition nonsense also being thrown into the mix for good measure. Even the much-praised (relatively speaking) Kasikorn Bank are now gleefully hitting their account holders with 50k maximum daily spending limits with zero advance notice! -

This can help the defendant when dealing with the courts, particularly if the Indian knows the odds of winning in court are against him. Well, if he knew that before he wouldn't be in this situation. Indians are no strangers to corruption, just the style may be different here. -

Report Neighbour's Dog Attack Leaves Boy Hospitalised
Yes, they do attack without warning and reason. I know from personal experience. The dog issue in Thailand is out of control, and not helped by ‘do gooders’ feeding soi dog packs that menace humans on a daily basis.
